Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to idr108. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the idr108 platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before continuing to use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or member) and idr108. 01Membership Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the idr108 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Not prohibited by your local or national laws from participating in online gaming activities.
• Registering as an individual on your own behalf — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process.
• Have never had an account at idr108 previously closed or suspended due to fraud or breach of terms.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, an active phone number, and a strong password. idr108 conducts an identity verification process (KYC) as part of our commitment to platform security. You may be asked to submit valid identification documents at any stage, particularly before your first withdrawal is approved.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account at idr108. Multiple account registrations by the same individual violate the terms of use and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

02Account & Security Responsibilities

Once your idr108 account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through that account. idr108 considers all actions carried out using your account to have been performed by you.

Password Security

You are required to keep your account password confidential at all times. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or close acquaintances. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to create a strong password. idr108 recommends changing your password regularly and not reusing passwords from other platforms.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. idr108 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the account holder's registered email. Should the account balance reach zero as a result of these fees, the account may be automatically closed.

03Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

04Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Terms

05Platform Usage & Game Rules

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the idr108 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system for unfair advantage.

06Account Termination & Usage Limits

You may close your idr108 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with idr108's standard withdrawal policy.

Termination by idr108

Idr108 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you are found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or when directed to do so by the relevant authorities. In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited subject to idr108's internal investigation.

Liability Limits

Idr108 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or temporary service unavailability.
